THE STICKING MACHINES
The STICKING MACHINES are a series of robotic machines for bonding mosaics applying ‘patterns’ of polyurethane glue.
These machines have been introduced by Talent for over 15 years in the ceramic sector and are the benchmark in the global market for the bonding of industrial mosaics.
Any version of Sticking Machines applies CORDS of glue according to the CORD PLAST technology.
The CRISTAL and PATTERN versions can apply LINES of glue, according to the LINE PLAST technology, as well as can apply mixed patterns composed of CORDS and LINES.
On the versions EVOLUTION, MOLD and ROBOT, the elements of excellence combine the high production capacity with the application of very small and precise cords of glue, as well as combine the unparalleled efficiency with the ease of performing format changes.
The strength of the CRISTAL and PATTERN series is the ability to bond mosaic sheets composed of any shape and size of tile, even 5 mm, as well as the ability to create mosaic sheets of any size and geometry.
All Sticking Machines can produce both SQUARE and RECTANGULAR shaped mosaic sheets with any size of tile of which they are composed.

CORD PLAST
TILES LINKED THROUGH PATTERN COMPOSED BY CORDS OF GLUE
- Up to 95% of the tiles’ backing free
- The glue’s cords do not seep between the gaps, even if they are very wide
- The cord’s thickness is minimal and easily tuneable
- The cords of glue level any irregularity in the thickness of the tiles
- The digital thickness adjustment of the cords allows to set the flexibility level of the mosaic sheets
- The cords of glue adhere firmly to the cement glue.
- The adhesion of the cords is permanent, and prevents the detachment of the tiles over time
- The Super-Tech adhesives for mosaics can be obtained in the following versions: FLEXIBLE – ROBUST – UV RETARDANT
- The CORD PLAST technology does not require the presence of a kiln or dryer
- The handleability of the sheets during laying is excellent and safe. It is unmatched
- The joints do not close after laying even with large format tiles
- The cords prevent the sheets from sliding on vertical surfaces while the glue is still fresh
- The CORD PLAST mosaics resist extreme environmental storage and transport conditions
